🕒 Return Timeframe
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

All tags and original packaging must be intact

You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase
To start your return, email us at cityevoke@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
Please wait for confirmation before sending any item — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for postage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cityevoke@gmail.com so we can fix it.
We follow the Australian Consumer Law, meaning you’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty goods.

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at cityevoke@gmail.com.
