Purchase Options

At CityEvoke, we aim to make your shopping experience easy and flexible.
You can purchase items using any of the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)

  • PayPal

  • Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)

All prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow 2–4 business days for preparation and dispatch, as each tee is made in small batches or printed to order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change and will do our best to help:

  • You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production or shipping has not started.

  • Once your order has been printed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • To request a cancellation or change, please email cityevoke@gmail.com with your order number and name.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued using your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Afterpay purchases, any approved refund will automatically adjust your payment plan through your Afterpay account.
