At CityEvoke, nothing is made until you order it.
That's not a limitation — it's a deliberate choice. One that shapes how we operate, what we're able to create, and how we plan to grow.
Here's an honest look at what happens after you place an order.
Made-to-Order. Every Time.
We don't hold shelves of pre-printed stock. When your order comes through, production begins. Your piece is created specifically for you — not pulled from a pile, not sitting in a warehouse.
This model lets us:
- Release new designs without large upfront costs
- Avoid overproduction and the waste that comes with it
- Keep pricing fair without cutting corners on quality
It's how a brand like ours stays independent and keeps moving forward.
The Printing Process
Depending on the design, we use one of two methods — each chosen for what it does best.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) — 1–2 Business Days
DTF is our faster method, used for designs that suit the process.
- Day 1 — You place your order
- Day 2 — We receive the DTF print and heat press it onto the garment
- Day 3 — Your order is packed and dispatched
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) — 3–4 Business Days
DTG handles more detailed, high-resolution artwork and requires a slightly longer process.
- Day 1 — Order placed; we submit to our print partner
- Day 2 — We prepare and supply the blank garment
- Days 3–4 — Printing is completed
- After pickup — Finishing touches applied if needed
- Next business day — Dispatched
Both methods are chosen based on what gives your specific design the best result.
Shipping
Once production is complete, your order is packed and shipped the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
Why This Model Exists
We're building CityEvoke to last — not to move fast and cut corners.
Made-to-order means we can keep releasing new work, stay financially sustainable, and maintain the quality standard the brand is built on. It also means every piece that leaves here was made with a reason.
We know this takes a little longer than a warehouse retailer. That's the trade-off — and we think it's worth it.
